Philanthropy has been a major part of the Pakistani culture since the creation of Pakistan. Historically, traditional businessmen have been contributing to community development projects. At Options Group, It is believed that Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of a business and with this spirit the group has always remained at foot front. The Group magazine namely Click has been working for the betterment of Special Kids for the last seven years. The Click Team has helped hundreds of special kids in their needs and has put smile on thousands of special kids by organizing special events for them. Every Ramadan the Options Foundation manages multiple Sehar and Iftar Tents around the city. The Foundation through its group entities also arranges free training and motivational workshops throughout the year.
Options Group CEO Dr Kaiser Rafiq is on the boards of several welfare organizations and welfare hospitals including Dr. AQ Khan Hospital, Cancer Care Hospital & Research Centre, Parwarash Foundation and Salah Foundation.
Options Foundation is doing it’s part by helping the daily wagers who lost their jobs and or families who are facing difficulties while maintaining their expenses due to Covid – 19 Pandemic which has put the survival of millions of people at risk.
Options Foundation’s Contribution During Covid-19
- Distribution of 30,000 Cooked Meals during first two weeks of lock down.
- Provided 1200 PPE’s with Masks to Doctors in Balochistan and AJK.
- Distributed 2000 Masks among non-affording people along with awareness message.
- Provided Ration to 400 families and still doing it.
- Provided cash assistance to more than 200 families and still doing it.
- Provided funds to Sarwar Foundation for their efforts of providing ration to families in need.
- Provided funds to Akhuwat Foundation for their efforts of providing ration and cash assistance to families.
- Provided funds for Prime Minister Fund for Covid 19 established by Prime Minister of Pakistan to help the needy families.
Why We Don’t Accept Donations ?
Options Foundation is doing all the welfare and community work as a part of it’s Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility and not as a traditional Non Profit Organization which can provide a tax deduction document which is required by many donors.
Yes – We Can Provide Assistance to Donors
Options Foundation has learned the way to find the real deserving people and established the network to reach out to them with the pure intention to help them out in the time of needs. Therefore, we can provide assistance to our friends, associates, partners, members, employees and customers in their zeal of helping the neediest. In this situation, we can collect the funds from them and distribute to the most deserving as per their choice. We do not charge any fees in this regard. Our designated staff will do their part of job just to please the creator.
